Standard Sealer

Is a water-based sealer that resists water, oil and acid-based contaminants.
It simplifies maintenance and does not change the appearance of the grout and
allows moisture vapour transmission.

USES: Cementitious sanded and unsanded porous grout joints for
ceramic tile installations. Effective for interior and exterior
applications.

EXPECTED WEAR: Will vary depending on hardness and texture of
surface, type of area, surface wear, frequency, and type of maintenance products
used. The expected wear is up to 5 years.
Premium Sealer

Is a premium, no-sheen, natural looking sealer formulated to provide maximum stain
protection, especially in food preparation and serving areas. May also be
used as a pre-grouting sealer, allows moisture vapour transmission and is also an
excellent grout sealer.

USES: All natural stone (such as marble, granite, slate, travertine
and limestone), porcelain, quarry, saltillo, terra cotta, cement pavers, masonry
surfaces, and other porous tile and grout where a natural look is desired.
Effective for interior and exterior applications.

EXPECTED WEAR: Will vary depending on hardness and texture of
surface, type of area, surface wear, frequency and type of maintenance products
used. The expected wear is up to 15 years.
Coloured Grout Sealer

Coloured grout sealer restores your grout to its original beauty with
an even consistent colour. Coloured grout sealer will revive and renew
discoloured grout so you don't have to replace dirty or stained grout. You
can change the colour of your grout for a whole new look. Coloured grout
sealer will make grout water and stain resistant and will also resist mildew and
discolouring.

USES: Can be used on sanded or unsanded grout.

EXPECTED WEAR: Up to 15 years, less in wet areas.
Low Sheen and High Gloss Sealers
P
Are a specially formulated water-based blend of acrylic polymers that
provide both a stain resistant surface seal and a durable low sheen finish
eliminating the need for two products. May also be used as a pre-grouting
sealer and is not affected by ultra-violet light.

USES: Textured natural stone (such as tumbled marble, flamed granite,
slate, sandstone and quartzite), textured ceramic, textured porcelain, quarry,
saltillo, terra cotta, cement pavers, masonry surfaces and other textured stone
and tile where high gloss or low sheen is desired. Effective for interior
applications only.

used. The expected wear is up to 3 years.
PLEASE NOTE FOR ALL SEALERS: Harsh cleaning
methods, high alkaline, acidic or solvent-based cleaners and weather conditions
will all affect the expected wear. It is recommended that only cleaners
that are pH neutral (pH7) are used to clean any sealed surface. |
